Classparser fixes in 1.2

Hi

I've just commited some fixes to the classparser

Specifically
Bug#2971: KDevelop discards references to a class in a source file when the
header is edited.

I also did some fixes to the struct handling (click on a struct variable
member in CV and it'll take you to the var declaration) There are still some
other fixes needed there.

It is a reasonable sized patch and this close to release will need people to
test out the classparser to make sure it's better than previous.
