Perhaps in the meantime someone finds a good place to add a 
comment about kdoc 2. Obviously the SuSE people haven't
understood this issue: they ship documentation made with
kdoc2 (Walter's kdelibs_kdoc2 package), but otherwise
the old kdoc and kdevelop configured accordingly. Thus,
the best feature of the doc browser isn't accessible ;-(
