kdevelop 1.2 internal debugger with console input

Hi all,

I was getting too beat up in the forum on this subject so I've added a separate
console io for debugging apps containing cin, fgets etc. Select this via a
new option in options/kdevelop setup/debugger

Unfortunately there are now two new strings for the translators because of this
change. My apoligies for this.

Also I've updated the tty/pty handling code to use the pts (a la konsole), and
to use the konsole_grantpty program to make the tty's secure(r).
