Application Wizard fixes

Did I send these to the right place and in the right format? The only
reason I ask is that I've had no response about their suitability.

On a related subject there is now a NetBSD package available at

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-current/pkgsrc/devel/kdevelop/README.html

which has links for an i386 binary distribution. Maybe someone would
like to make a link of the web page.
