Version control support does not work with cvs <=1.10 (I tried cvs 1.8.1 and
1.9).
Creation of a project with vcs option using these vcs versions yields a
project containing no files in the project directory except
<projectname>.kdelink
(checkout fails).
There are no problems when using cvs 1.10. (It's cvs 1.8, 1.9 bug, not
kdevelop's).
Kdevelop README and INSTALL do not specify cvs version needed.
