Bug Description ---------------------------

When adding files to a custom project, I discovered a header file which 
appears to cause an infinite loop somewhere.  The only notable features of 
file is namespace and template usage.

How to repeat the error -------------------

add the file to a project.   Please inform me when/where I should send
this file.  [This form should allow attachments.  :)]
