I suggest opening a bank contact for the KDevelop project. We could
found a community (eingetragener Verein, e.V.) if needed like the KDE
project has as well. What we're going to do with the money will be left
open for later purposes I suggest. Then give away the bank contact to
these guys.

I think that is the easiest way.
