some infos for the "bug report system" in KDevelop

Hi!

As you maybe know, we have a bug report dialog in KDevelop "help->bug report". EMails produced by
this dialog are send to a mailinglist located at "kdevelop-bug-report at fara3.cs.uni-potsdam.de".

If you want to recieve these mails, please send an email to
"kdevelop-bug-report-request at fara3.cs.uni-potsdam.de" with "sbscribe your_email_address" in the
body.

But you can read all messages via a www-interface too.
