Bug Description ---------------------------

When using the bug report form in Help / Bug report menu and
sendmail is not found later, a modal dialog box appears when
clicking on the button for send email. However when trying to
move the cursor from the send email button to the modal
dialog KDE's autoraise and autofocus feature jumps in and
raises the underlying bug report form hiding the modal
dialog.  Then for the user it looks like the KDevelop does
not accept any input.
One needs to use ALT-TAB or move around windows to get
to the modal dialog again.
Modal dialogs should always stay on top until answered.
