configuration difficulty

Hello,

I couldn't see a bug report page on www.kdevelop.org so I assume I send
them to this email address. Sorry if I'm wrong.

I had to specify where to find the X librarys to get past the
linking-with-qt test in configure when compiling kdevelop-1.0. i.e.:
"./configure --with-extra-libs=/usr/X11/lib"

I don't think this should be necessary since it is a common place to
find those libraries.
