Bug Description ---------------------------

When displaying the doc browser and the tree window, I can
shrink the width of the doc browser using the splitter between
the two widgets. When I then decrease the width of the whole
KDevelop window, the right-hand side of the doc browser is
not displayed any more, including the scroll bar. The
behaviour I would expect is that a horizontal scroll bar is
added at the bottom of the doc browser and the vertical
scroll bar is visible all the time
