Bug Description ---------------------------

All external tools used by kdevelop should be configurable
at least by editing kdeveloprc.
At the moment only gmake/make is configurable.
In my setting I would prefer to use egcs (name eg++) for all
new projects but the system insists on using g++ instead.
Also the system tries to run perl4 from the path even though 
I have perl5 installed elsewhere.

How to repeat the error -------------------
