Severity: normal

Bugreport ID : 23:50,17.08.99

Subject : Perl scripts cannot be run by system supplied perl interpreter

Error Class	: software bug
Error Location: project management
Priority	: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

When generating a new Project the perl scripts for
the generation of the project are run using the perl interpreter
found first in the PATH.
For FreeBSD 2.2.8 this is still perl4 which cannot compile the scripts.
Probably there should be an option to set the path to
all tools used by kdevelop

How to repeat the error -------------------

see above

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Install perl5 from the ports collection and set /usr/local/bin first in the path
