Hi,
for the future: The first thing you should tell us (and other people you ask
for support) is the exact version of the software you are using. Since you
appear to be using Kleopatra on Windows I assume that you use some version of
Gpg4win.

It seems that keyboxd which is part of GnuPG is missing or cannot be started
on your system, but I have no idea what could cause this problem.
I suggest that you contact the Gpg4win community via the forum (https://
forum.gnupg.org/c/gpg4win/help-en/6). There you'll find people who know much
more about Gpg4win and using Kleopatra on Windows than here.
