no changes here, but I am drowning in duplicates today

And maybe I fixed it, or not. I started akonadi-console, looked at all 
the stuff in the right pulldown but didn't actually do anything but look, 
and the unread will now go to zero before it hops to the next folder with 
unread content. But that only lasted till the next scan of the imap 
server, running dovecot at mailtoworld2, so the duplicated messages 
continue unabated.  Looking at the server with firefox, there are NO 
duplicates showing there, only here.

So I'm still puzzled. Is there something I should watch with akonadi-
console that would help show whats going on?
