In the past Korganizer had this menu entry, but now this entry is gone. 

I made what you say, but the two entries are (translated from Italian):
- Show text
- Play a sound

I'm using Kontact 5.19.2 (21.12.2) with KDE neon.

Why I don't have the "Send email" entry in that menu?
