Missing remove duplicates

Thanks Ingo,

As it turns out the solution was trivial.

I'm just starting with Kmail, and was looking at the folder menu generated by
right clicking on the folder, which did not contain the remove duplicates
entry, whereas the menu generated by the top bar does.

The remove duplicates function doesn't seem perfect. Some apparently duplicate
messages are retained, but are removed by the Thunderbird equivalent function.
I'm not sure why this should be the case at the moment.

However I'm impressed as I've managed to migrate over 18Gb of historic email
from Thunderbird and the indexing seems to work well.

Cheers
Tony
