Kmail - greyed out emails

None of the greyed out emails show up in the browser, in fact no emails show in that folder at all even though there are lots there.
Unfortunately i don't know much about akonadiconsole.
Looks like i'll have to delete the akonadi folder and let it rebuild at some point.
