kmail (password) problem (port)

I may be past the password problem, but now may have a port problem

Siteground (internet provider) says use port 460 for outgoing smpt mail.  That doesn't 
work.  Having kmail automatically select the port brings up port 587, which also does not 
work.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
