Try adding the new account without the "Add Account" wizard. Use Configure
KMail->Accounts->Receiving->Add instead.

Well, "https://whitelawchartered.com/webmail" is not an email address, but an
internet address. You probably meant to send the email to something like
"john at whitelawchartered.com".
