Kaddressbook and nextcloud?

No, there is straightforward way. Run "akonadiconsole" (either in command line 
or after pressing Alt+F2) and on "Agents" tab simply add "DAV groupware 
resource. There is simple wizard to configure connection for the server. Works 
well for me. :-)
