Fixing things Akonadi doesn't with some SQL-fu

I just tried it this morning. Switched to work related session, had the laptop 
recover some of it from the SSD based swap – the current hibernation 
implementation on Linux often stuffs some part of the used memory into swap 
before creating the hibernation memory image – clicked on inbox and then after 
some seconds all new mails appeared. And this is with an Exchange based IMAP, 
which not the best and most reliable technical alternative available when it 
comes to IMAP based mail servers.

And just tested it, all responsive and working just fine. This is with Akonadi 
+ KDEPIM 17.08.
