Could you pl. try the following.

- restart akonadi server using "akonadictl restart". It helps sometimes.

- Since akonadi is a cache, it can be rebuilt. Using postgresql database 
backend could be of some help. If all the accounts are imap, then this is 
really easy.

For the reference, I am using a separate database server, then the 
configuration looks such as this.

You may have to blow out ~/.local/share/akonadi and/or folders beneath it.

Please back up everything before experimenting or use a separate test user.
