KMail not filtering incoming mail

Once in a while, do
akonadictl fsck
akonadictl vacuum
akonadictl restart
Those generally help with akonadi performance. Restarting is good when
filtering is jammed.
Here (IMAP account) filtering generally works, except spam mail isn't moved to
trash folder.
