well there is no such tool. You would need to look into the old and new 
akonadidb to get the correct folderids.

Why not use foldernames instead folderids?
Because in IMAP you can change the name of the folder and with the current 
design the filters would still filter it to the renamed folder.

So in the end we had to deside either we allow renameing IMAP folders without 
any hazzel or allowing deleting the akonadidb....
