Hi,
We have already Kleopatra software and GPG4Win in order to read the secure keys, but, as we are going to upgrade our windows server 2003 server to windows server 2012 R2, I need to download and install Kleopatra software.

I need your help, if you could let me know about the link that I can download the Kleopatra as well as if this software would support windows server 2012 R2.

I'm afraid you've reached the KDE Sysadmins - who are responsible for the operation of the infrastructure surrounding KDE.org.
Unfortunately we cannot help you here as we're not the authors of the software in question.

I would suggest you ask on the kdepim-users at kde.org<mailto:kdepim-users at kde.org> mailing list - as they should be able to help you here in more depth.
I suspect the download of Kleopatra you are using would have come from the gpg4win project.
