[kdepim-users] No referenced images

Upgraded to Kubuntu 15.10 at the weekend and at first I was unable to get
Akonadi to start. Eventually got it working, but now KMail won't display
external images - I just see a red no access icon instead. Also if I click
on a view in browser link, it says the link doesn't work.
