Hmmm interesting, for Debian this didn´t work back then.
And it still won´t work, unless mariadb packages provide:
merkaba:~> apt-cache show akonadi-backend-mysql | grep -i depends
Depends: libqt4-sql-mysql, mysql-server-core-5.5 | mysql-server-core
Hmmm, it seems to:
merkaba:~> apt-cache show mariadb-server-core-10.0 | grep Provides
Provides: virtual-mysql-server-core
Will try this later.
