[kdepim-users] kmail cannot add folder to the root of an imap account

Thank you for the replies. Other than submitting a new entry to the bug
report above, I am not sure what else to do. The last entry to the bug
report was from 3 years ago :(. I also confirmed that Thunderbird can do
this.
