I am trying to figure out how to set up access to my company LDAP
server using KAddressbook but I find not so much as a clue on how to
do this.

Using Kubuntu 14.04 with KDE 4.13.2

Does anyone know how to set up a LDAP addressbook in recent versions
of KAddressbook?
