Some local IT service company might have that in their portfolio, but there is 
no official registry as there are no permissions required do offer such

If I understand you correctly all computers have access to the same file 
server and to some kind of shared folder on there, correct?

One calendar type that could work in this kind of setup is "iCal calendar 
folder" (not sure about the exact name, translating from German).

This type of calendar stores each event/todo in a separate file inside a 
designated target folder.
In a shared setup this reduces the risk of two people overwriting each other's 
changes.
