[kdepim-users] no sync-Button in kontact 4.4.7 anymore

I found the related bug-report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248339

I will try if 

[Kontact Groupware Settings] 
GroupwareMailFoldersEnabled=true

in kontactrc does the same.
