According to http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/PIM/Akonadi/Debug_IMAP I
activated logging of debugging information. There I have the following entries
when the error happens:

Database "akonadi" opened using driver "QMYSQL"
akonadi_nepomuk_feeder(3760) FeederPluginloader::feederPluginsForMimeType: No
feeder for type  "inode/directory"  found
void Nepomuk::Query::QueryServiceClient::close()
Error during executing query "INSERT INTO CollectionTable (remoteId,
remoteRevision, name, parentId, resourceId, cachePolicyInherit) VALUES (:0,
:1, :2, :3, :4, :5)" :  "Duplicate entry '16-Templates' for key
'CollectionTable_parentAndNameIndex' QMYSQL3: Unable to execute statement"
Error during insertion into table "CollectionTable" "Duplicate entry '16-
Templates' for key 'CollectionTable_parentAndNameIndex' QMYSQL3: Unable to
execute statement"
