[kdepim-users] KMail frequently fails to fetch mail - need to clear akonadi cache

For what it's worth, re-enabling interval mail checking on this account 
made the problem go away. The secondary imap server, which I use purely as 
an archive server, has an idle timeout configured. The Akonadi imap 
handler doesn't handle being disconnected correctly, and just hangs.
