Creating a new user shouldn't be necessary. But maybe it helps if you
re-create the Sending account. Before you do this make a backup of the
mailtransports configuration file (use "kde4-config --path config
--locate mailtransports" to locate the file) and afterward compare the
backup and the new configuration to see if there is a difference. This
might help to fix a bug (if there is one).
