[kdepim-users] Documentation for Kontact

When I go to the KDE documentation site to obtain documentation
regarding Kontact, none of the input boxes (keyword, language, etc.) on
either side will accept input.  They just remain blank.

In Kontact I want to put several sub-folders under the "Personal
Contacts" folder.  If I use "Add Address Book Folder" the folder is
created at which point I click on the box next to it and it shows a
check mark, but when I try to get into it nothing happens, it just
stays in "Personal Contacts".  How do I get into the sub-folder?
