I often get those when marking mails as read or as spam (using "apply all
filters" action).

Sometimes the dialog is hidden behind kmail (and possibly other windows),
blocking kmail completely (and maybe other applications using akonadi).

It has happened that since the appearence of kmail2.

Highlight the exact change in each text field instead of the whole text - if
the field is "$junk,$seen" or "$junk", highlight "$seen" for example, or the
changed part of a date, etc.
