Not exactly.
I have only ever seen KDE SC 4.6+ with KDEPIM 1 *or* 2. I did not see
KDEPIM 2 with KMail from KDEPIM 1 anywhere.
I think you may have to compile manually in that case if thats supposed to
work at all.
Debian still ships with KDEPIM 1. But uses kdepimlibs 4.7.4.
I am not aware of an official way to have KMail 1 with KDEPIM 2 in Debian.
On Debian its KDEPIM 1 for all applications and thats it.
