[kdepim-users] duplicate imap account display

Just to follow up on this, I reset akonadi database and configuration, and 
everything is currently back to normal. Yes it took a while to download all 
the emails from the servers but I believe it was worthed.

Thanks a lot Johann again for pointing those locations.
