Depending on your distribution, you may be able to find binary packages. If 
you use arch linux read here: 
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Downgrading_Packages

Alternatively, you can get source packages from a kde ftp mirror, find one 
near you at http://download.kde.org
