yes

New problem is I deleted the "outbox" folders under "Local" and 
"akonadi.." in KMail. Not good, now mail is not sent...

Starting from commandline I can see this error:
/kdepimlibs (mailtransport) 
MailTransport::SendQueuedAction::itemAccepted: Item doesn't have 
DispatchModeAttribute

so I apparently need Akonadiconsole to sort this - and I can not install 
that as it "depends" on kdepimlibs for earlier version...

Aaargh - why oh why did I not just leave it alone?
