Resources that have been offline get a recording of all changes that has 
happend to "their" data when they become online again.
They should then write those to the backend they are working with.

I am not sure about the calendaring UI in 4.6 beta so check if you have any 
indication about the state of the dav calendar.
If there is no such indication, check if you have akonadiconsole. It should 
display the state of all resources on its first tab and allow to toggle the 
online/offline state in case the dav resource remained offline for whatever 
reason.
