This is after filtering, right? I saw it from time to time, couldn't track 
down yet. What (probably) happens is that the mail appears in the database, 
but it is not copied to the right place for real that time, only later. When 
it is copied, it appears again, but the first one will disappear when the 
system realizes it is not valid.
 This is not 100% technically correct explanation, just to give an idea what 
happens.
 I don't know what is with those that are permanently duplicated and don't 
go away after you synch the folder (right click, Update Folder) or click on 
them.
