a) I don't know whether it has moved or not - it's a facility of no interest 
to me.

b) I would expect anyone of intelligence to check menus and context menus.  
While you can still miss seeing things, it is illogical to blame others for 
that.

c) Anyone who calls others "brain-dead" has serious problems themselves.
