[kdepim-users] How do I turn off this "feature"

I'm using KDE 4.3.5

As I read my mail folders, whenever I hover my mouse, even briefly over a 
message I keep getting a little window giving me details of one message while 
blocking my view of many others. 

Is there any way of turning this "feature" off? I find it very annoying.
