I am not seeing anything about setting an addressbook as default. I am using
this url:
http://userbase.kde.org/KAddressBook_4.4

I am seeing nothing like it in kaddressbook. In system settings, I am seeing
a "Set as Standard" button, but one of the addressbooks has been set as
standard. Still nothing. All but one addressbook point to the std.vcf file.
The one points to a folder which I believe I initially populated with the
std.vcf import.
