[kdepim-users] No addressbook to add to

Could be. I have no way to check until this evening.

All 3, two enabled.

Well I did when I first upgraded to KDE 4.4.1, but I thought I had resolved
them by deleting
~/.local/share/akonadi
and
~/.config/akonadi
Everything worked after that.
(This is Kubuntu 9.10. I logged out of KDE and did 'rm -rf' the directories
from tty3.)
