[kdepim-users] When/where does Akonadi propogate contact changes?

I'm experiencing the same thing on my openSUSE 11.2 (KDE 4.4.3) 
setup but the openSUSE 11.3  RC1 does not appear to have it so far, 
at least with KDE 4.5 Beta.
