What do you mean by "all jumbled"? Is there data from different contacts
in the same line? Or are just the (complete) lines "jumbled"?

This has absolutely nothing to do with the migration.

Why do you expect the data to be exported in a certain order? Is this
documented anywhere? If the order of the contacts in the exported CSV
file is not documented then you relied on undocumented behavior.
Undocumented behavior is never guaranteed. I'm sorry, but until now you
were simply lucky. Depending on undocumented behavior is never a good
idea.
