Thanks, Anne!

I'll try that.

>> 2) In the main view, I cannot filter by Category.

I cannot find an open bug, other than one that I filed some time ago
(see below). When is this expected? I can give up this feature short
term, but I will need the old categories to be updated into tags at
some point (don't loose that data!).

Here is my bug, can you please reopen it and comment that the new
Kaddressbook is missing categories? Thanks!

Thanks, here:

So that I don't forget to triage this again in the next RC or released version:

>> 5) ‎The "Apply" button is missing from the Edit Contact dialogue.

Yes, it is needed, otherwise I would not have noticed it! I like to :w
and Ctrl-S every ten seconds, I have been bitten before.

>> 6) Missing Fields: Multiple IM addresses,
> Not yet available.  Use notes temporarily

What becomes of the data currently in my contacts? Is it lost?

>> Categories, Edit different
>> parts of the name (for some of my contacts I only know the given nane,
>> for others only the family name),
> Use Display Name, Custom

That is a workaround. Is the data regarding which type of name saved
somewhere? In my nation some names could be ambiguous as either given
or family names, so this is important.

>> Custom Fields.
> Not yet available

What happens to the data that currently exists?

>> Additionally, I have these questions:

I personally don't care either, but it doesn't look polished at all. I
would not expect this of commercial software.

That will result in situations in which the user thinks that he has
lost data because he is looking at the wrong field.

That is not really a big deal for widescreen users like myself. If I
see that it interferes with some 4:3-aspect ratio screen users, then I
will file an issue. Thanks.
